“After having been a group exercise fitness instructor since 2009, and always offering adaptions in my current weight loss & fitness classes (Jo’s Fit4all Classes) I would get frustrated that there would always be some people that the class exercise just wasn’t suitable for.”

“I then read Sarah Goldsacks’ story, who is the founder of Paracise, and was delighted that her concept filled the gap I wanted in my business, and allowed me to be able to offer a recognised style of exercise that would suit anyone who needed that slower pace, low impact class that was great fun, uplifting and effective.”

“Sarah is a fitness instructor that was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy and on the back of that she came up with this new style of class, which is inclusive to everyone. I just know that you are going to love Paracise, as much as I do!” Jo x

Jo says "I love Paracise! It is so rewarding to teach"

“Thank you for the class this morning. I loved the Paracise routines: They made me concentrate more on good breathing and seemed to have loosened up a tight muscle in the right side of my lower back which is less painful now.”
