Paracise makes you feel amazing!

If you're looking for a low impact class then Paracise is for you!

“After having been a group exercise fitness instructor since 2009, and always offering adaptions in my current weight loss & fitness classes I would get frustrated that there would always be some people that the class exercise just wasn’t suitable for.”

“I then read Sarah Goldsacks’ story, who is the founder of Paracise, and was delighted that her concept filled the gap I wanted in my business, and allowed me to be able to offer a recognised style of exercise that would suit anyone who needed that slower pace, low impact class that was great fun, uplifting and effective.”

“Sarah is a fitness instructor that was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy and on the back of that she came up with this new style of class, which is inclusive to everyone. I just know that you are going to love Paracise, as much as I do!

Have a look at Sarah’s video below and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions” Jo x

What our Customers Are Saying

“Don’t just take it from us, let our customers do the talking!”

“This is a fabulous exercise class. I really struggle with aerobics (even the ‘old people’ ones) these days, but Paracise is low impact yet still delivers a great workout. Thoroughly recommend these fun, friendly classes”

Steph Brooker

Stowupland

“Thankyou Jo for introducing us all to Paracise class. I totally loved it & the music was uplifting.”

Mrs CP

Stowupland

“Thank you for the class this morning. I loved the Paracise routines: They made me concentrate more on good breathing and seemed to have loosened up a tight muscle in the right side of my lower back which is less painful now.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to class?
  • Something to drink.
  • A towel is useful – as you may need to wipe your brow!
  • Just wear something comfortable and loose fitting if preferred to actual sportswear. Please ensure your footwear is non slip – preferably trainers.
  • Your credit or debit card, cash or your cheque book, or you pay initially using the ‘Join Today’ tab under the ‘Contact Jo’ heading.
  • Your bank details if you would like to sign up to one of the premier club options as they’ll be a standing order form to fill in.
  • Your glasses if you wear them as you will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire.
Can I upgrade to paying monthly at any time?

Yes, you can at any time. Simply ask Jo for a monthly paying standing order form in class or Jo can email one to you if you contact her on [email protected] You pay your first month up front at your first class and then it is a standing order payment after that.

How does the monthly fee work?

You can attend Paracise as and when fits in with your lifestyle, but if you choose to pay monthly, this is payable every month whether you come to class or not. The monthly fee is worked out over 47 weeks for Stowupland & Stowmarket and 46 weeks for Norton (due to bank holidays), as the classes close between 4 and 6 weeks a year:

If you pay £16.50 a month you are entitled to attend 1 Paracise class each week and if you attend every week throughout the 47 weeks you will save £60.50 a year, for 46 weeks at Norton it’s a £55.00 saving compared to paying weekly, but you could always attend an alternative class on bank holiday weeks and make that saving more.

If you pay £26 a month for unlimited classes you can save much more than this if you regularly attend 2 classes or more each week.

There is no contract and you are free to cancel or change your mind at any time.

Will the exercise be suitable for me?

Paracise is low impact and delivered at a slower pace, so if you’ve never exercised before, or it has been a long time, then please do not worry, you will be fine! We will encourage you to work at your own pace and to listen to your body and do what you can, and you can even exercise on a chair if need be, or use a chair for support.

We may offer you specific advice once we have read the short health questionnaire that you will complete at your first class.

What exactly is Paracise?

to work at your own pace and appreciate what your body CAN do and how small changes can make big improvements to
