Jo says......

“Paracise has been amazing for me as an instructor as it has       allowed me to continue doing the job I love throughout my own   various health issues, yet it still gives an effective workout, and   the bonus is it’s great fun to teach! Do come and give it a try”

Who should try Paracise?

The simple answer to that is anyone & everyone……..

But in particular if you are new to fitness, or are recovering from, or living with a medical condition such as a bad back, arthritis or Fibromyalgia, or maybe just need a class that is low impact, you will hopefully find that Paracise can and will transform your life.

It really does have a wonderful feel-good factor.

 What Is Paracise?

Paracise™ is a gentle and effective 45 minute standing only exercise to music class that works on breathing, posture and    balance. It delivers a “feel good factor” that will ensure you want to do it again & again & again! You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and to appreciate what your body CAN do and you’ll soon realise that small changes can make big improvements to your day to day life. It’s gentle on your joints, yet stimulating to muscle memory, so this workout is for people who need exercise delivered at a lower intensity and slower speed to allow you to safely achieve your goals.

Paracise™ can dramatically improve your mental and physical well being, so we hope to see you at a class soon!

Pay As You Go & Monthly Payment Options

The terms of paying monthly are that you pay card, cash or cheque at your 1st class and then by standing order from the following month until you decide you wish to stop – there is no contract. You pay 1 month in advance which helps to keep YOU committed AND save you money or simply opt to pay as you go: We don’t believe in charging you for not being able to make class each week as we know life can get in the way, so you have the option to just pay for each session you attend and there are no missed class fees to pay.

If you would like to take advantage of the free class voucher but would like to opt to pay monthly on one of the unlimited options then you can pay your first month at your first class and we will delay your standing order by 1 week so as you still get your free class.

What our Paracise members are saying

“Don’t just take it from us, let our members do the talking!”

Gentle movements to fabulous music, which gets us all singing along. After a knee injury I thought I’d have to stop my exercises with Jo but Paracise has kept me moving.

Christine

Stowupland

This is a fabulous exercise class. I really struggle with aerobics (even the ‘old people’ ones) these days, but Paracise is low impact yet still delivers a great workout. Thoroughly recommend these fun, friendly classes.

Stephanie

“I thoroughly enjoy Paracise. It’s for all abilities in fitness. I recommend it for fitness and general well being, and I loved the different tracks of music too.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to class?
  • Something to drink.
  • A towel maybe useful if you’re someone who perspires during exercise.
  • Just wear something comfortable and loose fitting if preferred to actual sportswear. Please ensure your footwear is non slip – preferably trainers.
  • Some cash, your cheque book or debit or credit card to pay.
  • Your bank details if you would like to sign up to one of the pay monthly options as they’ll be a standing order form to fill in.
  • Your glasses if you wear them as you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.
What is your refund policy?

Paracise with Jo & Georgie &  Jo’s Fit4all Classes offers a no-questions-asked refund to all customers doing weight management options within 30 days of joining. If you are not satisfied with the classes, then simply send Jo an email and she will refund straight away. Our goal has always been to create a happy and thriving class environment so if you are not thrilled with our level of commitment to you then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

Can I upgrade to paying monthly after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade to paying monthly at any time. Simply ask Jo or Georgie for a monthly membership form in class or Jo can email one to you if you contact her.

Do I have to attend the same class each week?

No, the classes are totally flexible to fit in with you. We are more than happy for you to swap between the different classes that we run each week (there are 6 Paracise with Jo & Georgie classes to choose from). If you can’t make a week then then is no charge.

Don’t forget though that if you join a monthly option, that this is a fixed price regardless of how many classes a week you attend – the more you get to the better value it is. It really has been designed to help you with you stay motivated in keeping fit plus you have the online service and members Facebook group to use. And even if you can only make 1 class a week it still works out the cheapest option.

Will the exercise be suitable for me?

If you’ve never exercised before (or it has been a long time) then please do not worry. We will encourage you to work at your own pace and to listen to your body and do what you can, and you can even exercise on a chair if need be.  If you think you are really unfit then you can build up what you can manage over time. If you have concerns about certain medical conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, you could still come along and do what you can on the weeks where your condition allows. We will offer you specific advice once we have read the health questionnaire that you will complete at your first class. If you are in any doubt please consult your doctor prior to attending your first class.
