Jo says......

“Paracise has been amazing for me as an instructor: I’ve had my own fair share of health issues over the last couple of years, but it allows me to continue doing the job I love. I adore teaching it for that reason and because it’s so rewarding to see the improvement that participants make in a very short space of time!”

Who should try Paracise?

The simple answer to that is anyone & everyone……..

Pay As You Go & Monthly Payment Options

The usual terms of paying monthly are that you pay card, cash or cheque at your 1st class and then by standing order from the following month until you decide you wish to stop – there is no contract

You pay 1 month in advance which helps to keep YOU committed AND saves you money plus you can access our online Paracise classes & Jo’s Fit4all Classes in our online Facebook members exercise group when you can’t make class or in addition to attending your class which makes the monthly options exceptional value, or simply opt to pay as you go: I don’t believe in charging you for not being able to make class each week as we know life can get in the way, so you have the option to just pay for each session you attend and there are no missed class fees to pay.

If you would like to take advantage of the free class voucher but would like to opt to pay monthly on one of the unlimited options then you can pay your first month at your first class and I will delay your standing order by 1 week so as you still get your free class.

What our Paracise members are saying……

“Don’t just take it from us, let our members do the talking!”

“I really love Paracise and have been doing Jo’s classes since 2009 and Paracise since she started it in May 2018. My balance, posture and flexibility have improved considerably, the lovely music stays in your mind all day. It is something everyone can do”

“I’ve been doing Paracise with Jo Butcher for over 2 years now, and I love it. My balance has improved so much since we started, and my range of movement is much greater now too. I used to suffer with back pain, but since I’ve been doing Paracise I’ve had no problems at all. I think it’s because of the lovely, gentle stretching movements. There are lots of lively routines as well, and all to the most fabulous music. I’m very grateful to Jo for introducing it to us”

“I have been doing Paracise since January 2019. I chose it as I have rods and screws inserted in part of my spine and I was becoming more immobile. I also suffered with ankle and feet swelling and was unable to walk very far at all. When I first started I wasn’t able to do a complete class and had to sit some routines out, but I quickly found that in a short time I was able to do more and more. Paracise has helped me to strengthen my muscles and help all of my aches and pains. I can now walk for three or four miles at a time and I am able to use my core muscles to support my spine. I have also lost weight through sensible eating and feel so much better! I can highly recommend Paracise: After back surgery I didn’t think I would ever be able to dance around to a routine again and enjoy exercise. I am very pleased to say that I can and I do!”

“I have found that my balance has improved a lot. After class you feel like you have definitely completed an exercise class but in a way that improves posture, fitness & your shape too. I wouldn’t be without Paracise now. I have told two of my friends about Paracise & the health benefits In Windsor & Newcastle they are now searching for classes in those areas”

  • Just wear something comfortable and loose fitting if preferred to actual sportswear. Please ensure your footwear is non slip – preferably trainers.
  • Some cash, your cheque book or debit or credit card to pay.
  • Your bank details if you would like to sign up to one of the pay monthly options as they’ll be a standing order form to fill in.

What is your refund policy?
”Paracise in Suffolk with Jo’ &  Jo’s Fit4all Classes offers a no-questions-asked refund to all customers doing weight management options within 30 days of joining. If you are not satisfied with the classes, then simply send Jo an email and she will refund straight away. Our goal has always been to create a happy and thriving class environment so if you are not thrilled with our level of commitment to you then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
Can I upgrade to paying monthly after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade to paying monthly at any time. Simply ask Jo for a monthly membership form in class or Jo can email one to you if you contact her.
Do I have to attend the same class each week?
No, the classes are totally flexible to fit in with you. We are more than happy for you to swap between the different classes that we run each week (there are 6 ‘Paracise in Suffolk with Jo’ classes to choose from). If you can’t make a week then then is no charge.

Don’t forget though that if you join a monthly option, that this is a fixed price regardless of how many classes a week you attend – the more you get to the better value it is. It really has been designed to help you with you stay motivated in keeping fit plus you have the members Facebook exercise group to use on top of the classes. And even if you can only make 1 class a week it still works out the cheapest option.

Will the exercise be suitable for me?
If you’ve never exercised before (or it has been a long time) then please do not worry. We will encourage you to work at your own pace and to listen to your body and do what you can, and you can even exercise on a chair if need be.  If you think you are really unfit then you can build up what you can manage over time. If you have concerns about certain medical conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, you could still come along and do what you can on the weeks where your condition allows. We will offer you specific advice once we have read the health questionnaire that you will complete at your first class. If you are in any doubt please consult your doctor prior to attending your first class.
Do your classes run all year?

The Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Stowupland, Risby & Fordham classes close for 4 weeks during the year and for 2 weeks at Christmas.

The Norton class usually closes on Easter Monday, May Day, Spring Bank Holiday, August Bank Holiday and for 2 weeks at Christmas, but this can vary.
