Healthy Dieting

“We are not looking to offer you a quick fix with a faddy diet, but to encourage you to lose weight sensibly. If you want your weight off fast then we will encourage you to be active and exercise more, and that will help you to achieve that whilst continuing to eat healthily. The unlimited monthly class option is designed for you to do this!”

Great Variety

“The exercise we do is not boring! Group exercise is uplifting and motivating and you’ll be having so much fun you’ll forget you are working out! Our classes have a mix of dance, disco and Latin style aerobics and a variety of HiiT style classes with each class including some toning as well, apart from the Paracise classes which do not include floor work”

Aerobics

Aerobics combines rhythmic aerobic exercise performed to music with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).

Zumba

Paracise is a 45 minute standing fun exercise to music class, ideal for anyone who needs exercise delivered at a lower intensity and slower pace.

Zumba

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give high effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
