Friendly & Fun Exercise

“Our classes are fun, effective and adaptable for all!”

Get toned

Each exercise session includes some toning at the end which can be done standing, sitting or on the floor.

Great Support

“We truly value and care about every single one of our members and together we achieve so much and have lots of fun along the way! The support we all offer each other in class feels like being part of a family and helps us to not just lose weight, but to make lifestyle changes that allow us to keep that weight off for good.”

Healthy Dieting

“We are not looking to offer you a quick fix with a faddy diet, but to encourage you to lose weight sensibly. If you want your weight off fast then we will encourage you to be active and exercise more, and that will help you to achieve that whilst continuing to eat healthily. The unlimited monthly class option is designed for you to do this!”

Great Variety

“The exercise we do is not boring! Group exercise is uplifting and motivating and you’ll be having so much fun you’ll forget you are working out! Our classes have a mix of dance, disco and Latin style aerobics and a variety of HiiT style classes with each class including some toning as well.”

Join “Premier Club” and pay monthly

The terms of paying monthly are that you pay cash or cheque at your 1st class and then by standing order from the following month until you decide you wish to stop – there is no contract. You pay 1 month in advance which helps to keep YOU committed.

You also get a new members pack for FREE if you take up a monthly option when you first join which offers you BIG SAVINGS especially if you can get to more than 1 class a week, plus you get access to Jo’s Fit4all Online which makes this option exceptional value for money.

If you are an exercise only member then a pack is not required.

If you take advantage of the free class voucher but would like to leave your first class with a free members pack then if you pay your first month at your first class then we will delay your standing order by 1 week so as you still get your free class but can get started with the weight loss straight away – no time like the present!

If you don’t wish to pay monthly then scroll down to our pay as you go options.

Aerobics combines rhythmic aerobic exercise performed to music with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).

Toning is vital to achieve a defined body shape during and after weight loss, which is why we offer it at the end of every class.

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give high effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Pay As You Go Pricing

We don’t believe in charging you for not being able to make class each week as we know life can get in the way, so you have the option to just pay for each session you attend and there are no missed class fees or re-join fees to pay.

You can also get a new members pack for FREE when you first join if you pay for 5 classes in advance at your 1st class or you can choose to buy a pack and pay £5.95 on top of your class fee if preferred.

If you are an exercise only member then a pack is not required.

If you take advantage of the free class voucher but would like to leave your first class with a free members pack then if you pay for 5 weeks of classes at your first class we will give you a 6th class for free so as you still get your free class but can get started with the weight loss straight away.

What our Customers Are Saying

“Don’t just take it from us, let our customers do the talking!”

“I have been going for a few weeks now and have found the classes fun and helpful. Jo gives you great support, encouragement and advice and never judges you or tells you off if you have had a bad week. Everyone is very friendly and they are all ready to offer their support or advice if you need it. One thing I really like is Jo always tells you to go at your pace and with what you feel comfortable with. Thanks Jo for helping me to believe and realise that small steps and changes do really work over time.”

“Since joining Jo’s classes 6 months ago, I’ve thanked myself nearly every day! I’ve gone down a clothes size plus I’ve made so many new friends with whom I have so much in common with!!! Thank you xxxx.”

“It’s Jo’s encouragement and advice each week which makes a difference. ‘Portion control’ is an excellent example of one of her phrases that is always popping into my head when I’m dishing up. The exercise class is fun too, even if you are completely uncoordinated like me!”

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to class?

What is your refund policy?

Jo’s Fit4all Classes offers a no-questions-asked refund to all customers within 30 days of joining. If you are not satisfied with the classes, then simply send Jo an email and she will refund straight away. Our goal has always been to create a happy and thriving class environment so if you are not thrilled with our level of commitment to you then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

Can I upgrade to Premier Club after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade to Premier Club at any time. Simply ask Jo or Georgie (or one of our cashiers) for a monthly membership form in class or Jo can email one to you if you contact her.

Do I have to attend the same class each week?

No, the classes are totally flexible to fit in with you. We are more than happy for you to swap between the different classes that we run each week (there are 10 to choose from.) If you can’t make a week then then is no charge – all we ask please is that you let us know, as that way we know you’re not attending because you’re struggling with your weight loss.

Don’t forget though that if you join a monthly option, that this is a fixed price regardless of how many classes a week you attend – the more you get to the better value it is. It really has been designed to help you with your weight loss and keep you motivated, not just at class, but in between using the private Facebook group and the online service and even if you can only make 1 class a week it still works out the cheapest option.

Will the exercise be suitable for me?

If you’ve never exercised before (or it has been a long time) then please do not worry. We will encourage you to work at your own pace and to listen to your body and do what you can, and you can even exercise on a chair if need be. Whether you work high or low impact the classes will be suitable for you, as we offer alternatives for both as we are fully trained in offering adaptations.  If you think you are really unfit then you can build up what you can manage over time – maybe just start with the warm up and gradually do more. If you have concerns about certain medical conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, you could still come along and do what you can on the weeks where your condition allows, and maybe just weigh in on the weeks where you have a flare up or simply restrict what you do. We will offer you specific advice once we have read the health questionnaire that you will complete at your first class. The same applies if you have a lot of weight to lose – the routines are planned to suit members of all shapes and sizes, young and old, male or female and everyone is there with the same goal in mind: To slim down, get fitter and healthier or stay healthy, fit and slim if they’ve already met their goal weight so you wont be judged: You’ll just be supported by fellow class members who remember that they too were once the new class member!

Why should I choose your classes over others?

Jo says

  • “Well the one thing that our members consistently tell us is that they can see both Georgie and I care about them and their results. We get so much pleasure from helping people get fitter, healthier and slimmer each week and seeing them improve physically and that will include you too.”
  • “We’re not into faddy “diets” and we truly believe that the way to lose weight and keep it off is by adapting to a long term change of attitude towards food and a more active lifestyle. Our classes can help educate you on what you need to eat for good health and how to manage your weight.”
  • “Our class members pack includes 2 booklets. A guide with advice on healthy eating guidelines and calorie information and a “Useful information & menu suggestion” booklet plus there’s a card containing information on portion control. Since Jo’s Fit4all Classes started we have had hundreds of members successfully lose weight using this new members pack.”
  • “We don’t have a one fits all “diet” approach: Instead we prefer to tailor the nutritional advice we offer to help you as an Individual, as each one of us are different. Whether you choose to eat lower calorie, low fat, 5:2 or eat clean we can support you to do any of these: If you already have a plan that works for you then you are more than welcome to continue following your plan and for just the 1 weekly fee you can also get weighed and exercise in 1 class.”
  • “We do not tell you how much weight you should lose. We set targets together with what you want to achieve in mind and we take it from there. A target set can always be altered and if you prefer not to have a target then that is fine with us too.”
What do the classes include?
  • A weigh in, nutritional advice AND exercise for 45 minutes.
  • Flexibility: You have the choice to weigh & exercise or just do one or the other.
  • Heaps of verbal advice, encouragement & support to help you succeed.
  • A friendly and fun atmosphere plus we have a social events with London theatre/shopping trips, charity barn dances & bingo evenings, trips to TV shows, a wonderful annual health spa weekend to Ragdale Hall & a Christmas party to name some of the things we do together (optionally!) as a group.
  • No charges for membership, rejoins, arrears or for missed classes.
  • Extra support in between classes as we has a FREE private Facebook page where we will motivate you and keep you up to date with class news or if you don’t use Facebook Jo is always happy to be contacted.

Don't Be Shy

“If you find yourself in need of weight loss, or simply just need to get fit then you’ll get a warm welcome in our classes. We really are like one big happy family and we welcome new members along.”

“We all remember what it was like when we first joined ourselves and we’re all here to support each other: I have been helping members lose weight since 2009, plus I have experience of being overweight myself for almost 20 years, so I know how to inspire and motivate you to lose weight for yourself.”
“I also personally mentored Georgie (who runs the Bury St Edmunds Monday evening class) to become a qualified fitness instructor and have since mentored her to become a weight loss instructor too: After she had lost 2 stone as a member, I asked her if she would work with me because I could see the potential she showed to be really good within the role.”
“So, it also means that we both understand how you may be feeling: The mixed emotions about joining, the embarrassment, the lack of self esteem and confidence and how life is generally harder on a daily basis by carrying excess weight. If you’re finding it hard to take the first step then we would both encourage you to do so – you’ll be so glad you did.”
