Jo's fit4all Classes

My current classes are as follows: Monday's - Gt Blakenham Village Hall, IP6 0NJ - 5.15 to 6.45pm (the exercise starts at 6.00pm.) All Saints Church Hall, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 3QW - 5.30 to 7.00pm (the exercise starts at 6.15pm.) Norton Village Hall, IP31 3LE - 7.30 to 8.45pm (the exercise starts at 8.00pm.) Tuesday's - Stowupland Village Hall, IP14 4BQ - 9.30 to 11.00am (the exercise starts at 10.15am.) The Performing Arts Studio, Newmarket Academy, CB8 0EB - 6.00 to 7.30pm (the exercise starts at 6.45pm.) Please note that this class is held at the Scout Hut in Rowley Drive during most school holidays. Wednesday’s - The Church on the Way, Thetford, IP24 2JZ - 9.00 to 10.15am (the exercise starts at 9.30am.) The Bury St Edmunds British Sugar Sports & Social Club, Hollow Road IP32 7BB - 11.00am to 12.15pm (the exercise starts at 11.30am.) Cedars Park Community Centre, Stowmarket, IP14 5FP - 6.00 to 7.30pm (the exercise starts at 6.45pm.) Thursday’s - Stowupland Village Hall, IP14 4BQ - 9.30 to 11.00am (the exercise starts at 10.15am.) Risby Village Hall near Bury St Edmunds, IP28 6RT - 5.15 to 6.45pm (the exercise starts at 6.00pm.)

Are you looking for a daytime or evening class before party season kicks in that will sort out long standing problem areas (or tone up wobbly bits) once and for all? If this is you, please read on..

I am looking for ladies (or gents) who might like to try our fun, friendly fitness classes (with the option of weight loss support) that offer low impact options yet still deliver great results where you get that buzz from working out at the level that's right for you!
Simply comment below and I will book you in for a "complimentary" class so you can try one of our classes and see why working out together in a group works so well.

What have you got to lose (answer: absolutely nothing!) as the class is totally free but by attending you could gain so much....for instance:

* increase confidence in how you look and feel
* better body shape and muscle tone
* knowledge on what exercises are right for you
* a bunch of new friends to have fun with
* and the chance to join in with our social events too

So whatever your story or experiences to date, we can help as our classes are already full of people just like you who were really nervous before they came along but have never looked back...

What a fabulous 1st week back at classes following my holiday. Loads of weight losses and straight back to busy classes. One member got their 3 stone certificate in just 3 months and I gave out a 1 stone certificate too and every Friday in our private members group I name 1 member as my Friday inspiration and today it's a member who after a tiring full on and difficult night shift, was so determined to stick to her 2 classes a week that she still came straight too class to exercise before going to bed and as someone who worked nights for about 4 years that seriously inspired me! That's real determination for you! x
